Sometimes the damage is too great to repair and then it is decided to replace the panel. This is of course only possible if the relevant panel is still available and it is also structurally possible. That was the case at Citrosuco in Ghent (Belgium) where major damage was made to 2 panels of the outer wall of their cold store and freezer. The following processes have been performed:

- Disassemble the roof hoods

- Loosen the roof covering

- Disassemble the damaged panels

- Delivery and installation of the new panels

- Replace the roof caps

- Disposal of the old panels

In the autumn of 2020, we were commissioned by Metaalconstruction Vanhaesebrouck from Anzegem (Belgium) to repair the facade. A truck had caused damage to a sandwich panel next to the overhead door. It often happens that sandwich panels next to or between overhead doors are damaged when loading and unloading goods. Fortunately, our experts are able to fully repair this type of damage on location. The result is that the facade has been returned to its 100% original state, without any color difference. It's not for nothing that our experts are called the "panel doctors"!
