At the gravel washing plant in Amsterdam, several facade panels were seriously damaged and weathered. Here we have used new parts with our professional team of mechanics who have years of experience in assembling, as well as replacing bending, connections and finishes!

In the autumn of 2020, our customer Stedupro B.V. commissioned us to repair various damage to both the inside and the outside of Datacenter AMS-16 in Hoofddorp. The sandwich panels were supplied by Kingspan B.V. in the colors Copper Beech and Spectrum Silver 9006. Even for difficult metallic colors our "panel doctors" don't turn their hands around!

As you probably already know, delamination is the detachment of a laminated layer. This occurs regularly with the (Plastisol) coating of roofs or facades that are fitted with older cladding or panels. Façades that are exposed to the sun are particularly affected by this, because the plasticizers gradually disappear from the PVC coatings due to UV radiation. They therefore become dirt-sensitive and hard and the coating will loosen over time due to rain, wind and other weather influences. This was also the case with the facade of this business premises in Hengelo. Our specialists removed the old coating and then repainted the facade in a beautiful dark gray color!
