Sometimes a wall is damaged to such an extent that repair is not useful and it is decided to install a new front or transfer wall. For our client Edibo N.V. (B) we installed a transfer wall at their customer Thermoclean in Heusden-Zolder (B) and also replaced the window frame, so that the facade is in completely new condition again.

The work consisted of:

- Disassembling various parts (roof caps, corner pieces, etc.)

- Removal of the old steel frame

- Delivery and installation of a new frame (including door)

- Delivery and installation of new panels in 45 MM thickness in the color RAL 9010

- Placing finishing profiles on the roof connection, corner connection and other connecting parts

- Completely clean delivery of the workplace

The cladding of this building in Apeldoorn had become seriously chalky, which is why the owner chose to have the facade re-coated. Beforehand, the facade was first thoroughly cleaned and then sprayed in a beautiful blue color!

In the autumn of 2020, we received from Joosen Recyling B.V. in Loenhout (Belgium) was commissioned to repair the facade. A forklift truck had caused damage to a sandwich panel with micro-lining. Our "panel doctors" were able to fully repair this damage on site. The result is that the facade has been returned to its 100% original state, without any color difference.
