Sometimes the damage is too great to repair and then it is decided to replace the panel. This is of course only possible if the relevant panel is still available and it is also structurally possible. That was the case at Citrosuco in Ghent (Belgium) where major damage was made to 2 panels of the outer wall of their cold store and freezer. The following processes have been performed:

- Disassemble the roof hoods

- Loosen the roof covering

- Disassemble the damaged panels

- Delivery and installation of the new panels

- Replace the roof caps

- Disposal of the old panels

A truck had also caused damage at Van Bree in Helmond, but now in the loading dock. Our specialists obviously know what to do with this and have been able to fully repair the damage on site. The result is that the loading dock is returned to 100% original condition, without any color difference.

In the autumn of 2020, our customer Stedupro B.V. commissioned us to repair various damage to both the inside and the outside of Datacenter AMS-16 in Hoofddorp. The sandwich panels were supplied by Kingspan B.V. in the colors Copper Beech and Spectrum Silver 9006. Even for difficult metallic colors our "panel doctors" don't turn their hands around!
